A consent form will be attached to each invitation and will need to be signed and returned to the parent of the birthday child before the party commences.
Food and Drinks are the responsibility of the birthday child’s parent or caregiver. We recommend that the children eat before or after pampering session so the children don’t miss out on anything.
The party can be indoors or outdoors under a covered area.
Access to water will be needed for the manicure, pedicure and facial treatments.
Access to electricity will be required for the foot spas.
A table with up to 4 chairs will required for manicure treatments
Up to 4 chairs will be required for children using the foot spas
A small comfortable area will be required where up to 4 children can lie down to have their facial treatments
50% deposit will be required at the time of the booking to secure your spot and the remaining balance of 50% is required 1 week prior to the party date.
Confirmation of numbers is required 1 week prior to the party date.
Direct deposit is the preferred form of payment.
A travel charge of $25 will be required to suburbs outside of the Wollondilly shire, Campbelltown Area, Camden Area, Narellan Area, and Mittagong/Bowral Areas.
Cancellations: A full refund of the deposit will be given only if the party is cancelled 14 days before the date of the event.
A parent or caregiver of the birthday child must stay present during the party.
The hostesses will arrive 15 minutes to half an hour earlier to set up before the commencement of the pampering session.
The lolly bags may contain items that have traces of nuts, milk and other ingredients that some children may be allergic to. It is the responsibility of the parent to monitor any child that may have any reaction.
Photos will be taken during the party, if you do not want your photos to appear on our website or media pages e.g. Facebook, please advise the hostess before the party.
